An interior remodel of 75% of the home that was initiated due to a plumbing back-up that caused extensive water damage. The homeowner took the opportunity to update a very poor layout 2bed 2bath home that had not been updated since it was built in the 70's. The layout was changed to a far more functional 3bed 2bath version with aging in place in mind. The project required extensive design and engineering but was able to be accomplished without altering the exterior envelope of the home.
